Al Perez has been a major contributor and a valued member of the Philippine Tuberculosis Society Inc. (PTSI) TB Seal Committee. His artwork has been featured annually in this significant fundraising initiative, which supports crucial tuberculosis outreach and advocacy programs. In 2017, PTSI launched the "Shrines of Faith" TB Seal Campaign, showcasing Perez’s stunning depictions of 40 sacred sites across the Philippines. PTSI’s efforts have been widely recognized, winning several awards, including First Prize at the 2013 Christmas Seals Contest in Paris, France, from The International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease (The Union) for the "Symphony of Flowers - Panagbenga Festival" design, which features Perez's Panagbenga Festival painting in se-tenant block of six. Perez’s artistry celebrates cultural heritage and drives essential support for public health initiatives.
